As a writer, I am extremely fond of RefDesk.com. As a teacher, I’m sure you will come to feel the same way about the homework helper section (http://www.refdesk.com/homework.html) located there. Mention this wonderful guide to your history class and they’ll put you on their ‘best teacher’ list.
The site has close to 200 educational links, which will certainly be helpful in completing any homework assignment. Although these resources are not all history-related, a good number of them are.
Also included, here, are several other general homework helper sites that provide links to history-related subjects. One of these sites, HomeworkSpot.com, (http://homeworkspot.com/) offers neat features such as printable blank maps, links to many historical documents and virtual fieldtrips.
